By now you have probably figured out that getting good nutrition can be difficult. Eating broccoli five days a week is not fun. Cooking is not convenient. But in order to change your life you need to start taking small steps to educate yourself on what you are putting in your body.
A food journal can be useful, but more importantly, you need to really know the caloric value of what you are eating. Who knew that a Taco Bueno bean burrito could be more than 600 calories. Or that a bowl of cheerios with milk could be around 500 calories?
Once you know what you are eating, you can better get a grip on how to control your weight long-term.
Start small. Eat less. Go for a walk. You’ve heard it all before and it does work, it just takes time and patience. No fad diets. Just life change. That’s what we are about here at The Workout Pro.
